Closing of PsyQ International Mental Health Services (IMHS)

PsyQ International department is closing as of July 1st 2021.
PsyQ has decided to end the specific offer of international care to non Dutch speaking individuals (expats). Due to a combination of factors it is not possible anymore to keep this location open with the specialized international care service. Therefore, we have had to decide to close the department of PsyQ International and to distribute the care, also for non-Dutch speakers, amongst our other locations at PsyQ The Hague (Carel Reinierszkade, Lijnbaan and Leggelostraat). Treatment at these locations will take place in Dutch, or with an interpretor when and where necessary. Most treatments will be given in groups.

For the patients currently in our care we strive to continue treatment at the new locations or online. Whenever this is not possible, the therapist will look for possible alternatives and a referral together with the patient.

Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have any questions/ concerns or worries about your current or future treatment.

Given the current circumstances in the Netherlands with the Covid-19 virus, our number 1 priority is to ensure the health of all our patients and employees and to do our outmost best to help reduce the risk of contamination.

To ensure continuation of care for our patients in this situation, we have taken the following measures:

  • Your individual sessions will continue via phone/ video call (no more face-to-face appointments)

  • Your health care provider will contact you at the scheduled time of your appointment

  • All your appointments, questions and prescription requests will be arranged online and via phone/ skype. You can contact us by e-mail or phone as usual.

  • If you are in crisis, you can call our reception at +31 (0)6 52568382 during our office hours

  • If you are in crisis during the night, or outside of our office hours you can call the Hadocks number 070 346 9669

  • Our physical location at Jan van Nassaustraat 125 will remain closed, only in very urgent situations we’ll make sure we will be there physically for you.

To beat this pandemic, we need each other.

We ask all our patients to adhere to the guidelines of hygiene and reduction of social contact to the minimum.
