Meet our staff

Mental health care begins with people, which is why our most unique resource is our staff of caring and deeply-committed individuals. Some have travelled thousands of miles to enhance their training and education. Others are, besides their training, either expats themselves or from international families, and they want to use their experience and skills to help our clients.

René Cané Molinari

Functie Psychologist

Mr. René Cané Molinari is a Psychologist at PsyQ International The Hague.

Mr. Cané Molinari was born in Santiago de Chile and was raised by an Italian mother and a Chilean father. After completing his studies in philosophy he travelled to Syria and has been living as an expat since then.

He studied Arabic in Damascus for one year and then moved to Lebanon where he lived three years and graduated in Theology. He then moved to Rome where he completed his bachelor degree in psychology.

Finally he moved to the Netherlands to specialize in psychopathology. He describes living as an expat as "being a challenge with a lot of difficulties, but has also been a unique opportunity to marvel each day in the contemplation of what is different."
