Eirini Botsari is a psychology intern at PsyQ International.

She was born and raised in Athens, Greece. During her International Baccalaureate Program (IBP) she was working for two years in an institute for children with trauma and cognitive disabilities. Following this, she went to London, England and completed her BSc degree in Psychology. During her studies she did her internship for the National Health System of England (NHS) in a mental health and addiction clinic. She returned to Greece for a few years where she worked in a public university hospital focused on gynecological issues. Her task was to provide psychological support to women aged between 11 and 22 with amenorrhea, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCO), and endometriosis. Since moving to the Netherlands in 2018, she studied a MSc of Clinical psychology at Leiden University. She completed her master thesis on trauma, borderline personality disorder, and heart rate variability.
Her specific interests include: compassionate inquiry, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, and internal family systems.
