Waiting list information

PsyQ International strives for a no waiting policy. The Covid-19 pandemic has been affecting our lives for almost one year now, however. Throughout this pandemic we have been able to continue providing our care through video calling/ phone calls and also on a limited basis face-to-face. We are very grateful that we have been able to do this. Despite this, the pandemic has left it’s marks, which we see most clearly in our waiting times, especially the waiting time after intake. The waiting time after your intake and before you can start therapy currently is up to 30 weeks. Please be assured that we are doing our best in finding solutions to this (e.g. by offering group therapy) and we will continue to provide the best care possible. The waiting time is not dependent on your insurance company. The list below will be updated on a monthly basis.

Intake: 10 weeks

Please note waiting list

Please note: when you find the waiting time too long you may always contact the healthcare provider or insurance company regarding your waiting time. Your health insurer can support you so that within 4 weeks you may have your first intake with a healthcare provider in the intake and that within 10 weeks following the intake, your treatment plan will begin. These are the maximum acceptable waiting times that have been agreed by the healthcare providers and healthcare insurers.
