PsyQ takes no responsibility for the use of online forms and can only guarantee receipt of information once confirmation has been sent to you. Online contact is not appropriate for immediate medical attention. In case of an emergency contact your family doctor or other doctor with whom you are receiving treatment. An online form is only to be used for general questions. Questions regarding your personal (psychological) situation are not answered online. In this case contact your family doctor for a referral to our organisation.
